The company operates through established origin platforms, combining strong local execution capabilities in Tanzania with commercial, financial, and risk management expertise based in Switzerland. This structure allows us to manage transactions efficiently from farm gate to FOB delivery.
By maintaining close control over the value chain—from sourcing and processing to logistics and export—we reduce operational risk and ensure consistent performance for our partners.
Our team brings extensive experience in agricultural trading, supply chain management, and structured trade finance, supported by strong capabilities in due diligence and operational oversight. Julie holds a PhD in Development Studies from SOAS, University of London, with research focused on pricing mechanisms to support stable farmer incomes. She previously worked in an agri-tech company and specializes in sustainability and traceability.

Over 20 years of experience in agricultural commodities, with deep expertise in African coffee and global trading markets.

Operations and supply chain professional with nearly 17 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing and the global coffee value chain, with strong expertise in origin operations, production planning, and export logistics.
Leonidas Laurean – Procurement Manager
Accountant by training with over 15 years of experience in regulatory compliance and internal oversight.
Samson Moshi – Finance and Compliance Manager
He initially served as Accounts and Finance Manager until 2017, after which he was entrusted with additional responsibilities as Company Secretary and Public Relations Officer, roles he continues to perform with excellence.
